We specialise in a range of domestic and commercial solutions including air source heat pump installations, EV charger installations, electrical works, and general property maintenance.
2. Can I claim the £7,500 government grant for a new heat pump?
Yes — we can help you access the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), which provides up to £7,500 towards a new heat pump installation. Our team will guide you through the eligibility criteria and application process.
3. What’s included in your standard EV charger installation?
Our standard home installation covers mounting the charger on a suitable wall, up to 10 metres of cabling, drilling through one wall if needed, testing electrical connections, and ensuring compliance with NICEIC and BS7671 standards.
4. How long does an installation take?
A typical home installation takes around two hours. However, some jobs may require additional time depending on property layout, electrical capacity, or weather conditions.
5. Will there be extra costs if my property needs additional work?
If your installation requires extra materials or work beyond the standard package, our engineer will explain the requirements and provide a quote before proceeding. No additional work is carried out without your approval.
6. What happens if the installation can’t be completed on the day?
If unforeseen issues arise (such as unsafe access or electrical limitations), we’ll pause the installation and provide a new date once the necessary works are complete or approved.
